[0038] The present invention utilizes the implementation form of the geothermal snow melting device, as shown in FIGS. 1 and 2 . The snow melting device is composed of several main parts of a heat exchanger 10 , a heat release pipe 20 , a heat pump 30 and a heat storage tank 40 .

Abstract

Provided is a snow-melting device melting snow without generating a problem such as a ground subsidence settlement, the scattering of water, the freezing of a road surface or the like by effectively utilizing clean inexpensive energy. A heat exchange 10 in which an internal cylinder 12 is installed concentrically in an external cylinder 11 and buried vertically in a ground and a first liquid medium is circulated in the internal cylinder and terrestrial heat is collected, a radiating pipe 20, which is buried in a hairpin curve shape just under a road surface 1 and in which a second liquid medium is circulated in the pipe 20 and snow on the road surface 1 is melted by the heat, a heat pump 30, by which the temperature of the heat of the first liquid medium is increased and the heat is transferred to the second liquid medium, and a heat storage tank 40 in which heat is stored are secured. The heat exchanger 10 is connected to the heat pump 30 to communicate therewith by a first circuit 31 while the heat pump 30 and the radiating pipe 20 are connected by a second circuit 32 to communicate with each other. The first circuit 31 and the heat storage tank 40 are connected by a first communication path 41 to communicate with each other while the second circuit 32 and the heat storage tank 40 are connected by a second communication path 42.
