The connector plug of another end is inserted into elestic socket of back end of receptacle located on insulator in front-end cavity of the shell cover. The tight nut is installed on back end of the shell seat, with its inner edge fastening outer edge of back end of the shell cover. Since the attenuation piece is fixed by exterior tight piece in the invented method, so the attenuation piece is not damaged by torsion.
