Abstract

When transmitting the GSM 900 band signal, the bias setting circuit sets the optimal bias voltage of the GSM 900 band to the first-stage amplifier and the second-stage amplifier. The transmitted signal is amplified by two amplifiers. The signal output from the second stage amplifier is sent to a low pass filter. A low-pass filter attenuates unwanted radiation waves from the transmitted signal. The GSM 900 band amplifier amplifies the output signal of the low-pass filter and outputs the amplified signal. When transmitting a signal in the DCS 1800 band, the bias setting circuit sets the optimal bias voltage of the DCS 1800 band to the first-stage amplifier and the second-stage amplifier. The DCS 1800 band amplifier amplifies the output signal of the second stage filter and outputs the amplified signal.
