[0029] figure 1 is a sectional view of a heating and cooking device according to a first embodiment of the present invention.

[0030] exist figure 1 In , reference numeral 10 represents a heating chamber for accommodating foods 11 and 12 . The foodstuffs 11 and 12 are placed on a sealing device (base) 13 which is substantially the same as the bottom surface of the heating chamber 10 . For the sealing member (base) 13, a material having microwave penetration capability such as glass, ceramics or resin can be used. In the opening portion 14 for putting in and taking out food from the heating chamber 10, a door 15 which is freely opened and closed is provided.

[0031] in such as figure 2 In the perspective view of the heating and cooking device of the present invention shown, an operating part 16 is provided at the lower part of the door 15 to indicate the selection of menus and the start of heating or similar operations. On the side wall 17 opposite to the opening port...

Abstract

This invention provides a heating and cooking apparatus in which foods can be accommodated in a heating chamber with good maneuverability and an appropriate finish can be obtained. A temperature detector detects infrared radiation through an opening provided on a wall surface opposed to an opening part for taking in and out foods of a heating chamber. The temperature detector detects the temperature of a plurality of parts on a sealing means (pan) having the substantially same electric wave penetrability as that of the bottom surface of the heating chamber. Accordingly, even when two foods are arranged right and left irrespective of the size of the foods, the temperature of both the foods can be detected. Then, the user does not needs to extend a hand to the interior of the heating chamber and arrange the foods in front and back positions.

Description

technical field [0001] The present invention relates to a high-frequency heating device for heating raw materials to be heated such as food, wherein in order to heat the raw materials to be heated efficiently, the temperature of the raw materials to be heated can be detected so that heat can be evenly distributed and cooking can be automated. Background technique [0002] A heating and cooking apparatus such as this has hitherto been disclosed in JP-A-2001-250672. Figure 7 A conventional heating and cooking device as described in the above publication is shown. [0003] exist Figure 7 In the microwave range, the bottom plate 1 forms the bottom surface of the heating chamber 2 . Microwaves generated by oscillation of the magnetron 3 are supplied to a wide area of the heating chamber 2 through the rotating antenna 4 . In the range of microwaves, the method of heating food in the heating chamber 2 is different depending on the rotational position where the rotating antenna...
