Embodiment Construction

[0020] figure 1 The lighting device shown is intended for receiving an electric lamp provided with a tubular envelope 4 of diameter D, and is provided with:

[0021] - housing 1 with luminous plane 2;

[0022] - one or more lamp holders 3 to accommodate the electric lamp along the luminous plane and on a plane P transverse to the luminous window;

[0023] - reflector bodies 5 arranged on each side of and along the plane P, each reflector body being concavely curved towards this plane P and each provided with a lower edge 51 lying on the plane of light emission and spaced apart by a distance the upper edge 52 of;

[0024] - a sheet 10 transverse to the luminous plane and located between the two reflector bodies, the lamina having an outer edge 11 facing the luminous plane and an inner edge 12 at the position of the plane P in said plane P Each side extends so as to be separated from the inner edge 12 along the luminous plane to point A, A' and further extends from point A, A...

Abstract

The invention is related to a luminaire for housing a tubular lamp. According to the invention the luminaire has a housing with a light emission window, means for accommodating a tubular lamp in it along the window and in a plane P perpendicular to said window, side reflectores, and lamellae positioned between the reflectors and transverse to the emission window. The lamellae having an outer edge, which is diverging from an inner edge from the plane P towards points A and A' on either side of the plane P. From the point A, A' the outer edge extends towards the nearby side reflector enclosing at point A an angle with the emission window and directed towards the said side reflector.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a lighting device. Background technique [0002] Such a lighting device is disclosed inter alia in WO 96 / 25623. Due to the specific shape of the lamellae in the lighting device, the workplace is illuminated efficiently and there are no reflections interfering with the lighting of the lamp eg on a display screen, which would otherwise have undesired bright spots in the resulting light beam. The shielding effect of the lamellae keeps the height dimension of the lighting device relatively small, which facilitates the installation of the lighting device in the case of, for example, recessed lighting devices. A disadvantage of this known lighting device is that the lamellae have relatively large dimensions and have a greatest height at the position of the longitudinal reflectors. Such sheets are made of metal such as aluminium. The installation of the foil in the longitudinal reflector is time-consuming. This is also a disadvant...
