In instant communication system, application programs are shared among client ends through mutual transferring application programs and relevant operations in client ends by using own instant communication tools. Instant communication tool at client end through network transfers intercepted screen image of application program and corresponding variation information in screen from running program to instant communication tool in relevant client end. Based on relevant information received, instant communication tool at corresponding client end generates corresponding screen display of application program.
