Problems solved by technology

Therefore, when the temperature of the outside air is low during indoor heating operation, the outdoor heat exchanger cannot sufficiently obtain heat from the outside air, and not only cannot function as an evaporator as expected, but also transfers heat from the outdoor heat exchanger to the low-temperature air. When the outside air releases heat, the heating capacity of the air conditioner will decrease

no. 1 Embodiment approach example

[0048] figure 1 Represents the concept of an embodiment of the present invention. The air conditioner according to this embodiment is a gas engine-driven air conditioner. First, refer to figure 1 A gas engine-driven air conditioner will be described. The gas engine-driven air conditioner of this example is used for indoor cooling or heating, and has the following parts as basic components: a gas engine (engine) 11, which is used as a driving part driven by combustion of fuel gas; Gaseous refrigerant and liquid refrigerant in a separated state; compressor 13, driven by gas engine 11, sucks and compresses gaseous refrigerant from heat accumulator 12 as it is driven; indoor heat exchanger 17. It can perform heat exchange between the refrigerant and the indoor air for air conditioning, release the heat of the high-temperature and high-pressure refrigerant to the room during heating operation, and work as a condenser for condensing the refrigerant; and the outdoor heat exchanger...

no. 2 Embodiment approach example

[0081] FIG. 4 shows the concept of the second embodiment of the present invention. The second embodiment has basically the same configuration as that of the above-mentioned first embodiment. Hereinafter, description will focus on parts that are different from those of the first embodiment.

[0082]As shown in FIG. 4 , an on-off valve 71 that opens and closes the upstream side of the outdoor heat exchanger 14 (the upstream side during heating operation) is provided. Furthermore, as shown in FIG. 4 , a bypass passage 19 is provided in parallel with the outdoor heat exchanger 14 . The bypass passage 19 communicates with the refrigerant circulation passage 1 through a branch portion 19 s branched from the refrigerant circulation passage 1 and a converging portion 19 h where the refrigerant circulation passage 1 merges, and bypasses the outdoor heat exchanger 14 to allow the refrigerant to flow. .

[0083] In addition, in the refrigerant circulation passage 1, a check valve is i...

Abstract

This invention provides an air conditioner suppressing deterioration of heating capacity by suppressing radiation from a refrigerant of an outdoor heat exchanger to outside air when an outside air temperature is low during heating operation. When the the temperature of the outside air is lower than a set temperature during the heating operation, valve closing operation of closing an opening and closing valve 71 is carried out by a control means 75. Consequently, inflow of the refrigerant from an upstream side into the outdoor heat exchanger 14 can be suppressed. And a reverse flow of the refrigerant from a junction 19h side of a bypass passage 19 to an outdoor heat exchanger 14 side is prevented by a check valve 72. Accordingly, deterioration of heating efficiency due to the inflow of the refrigerant into the outdoor heat exchanger 14 during low temperature heating can be suppressed.

Description

technical field [0001] The present invention relates to an air conditioner that performs at least a heating operation. The present invention can be used, for example, in an engine-driven air conditioner in which a compressor for compressing refrigerant is driven by a drive unit representing an engine such as a gas engine. Background technique [0002] Take the engine-driven air conditioner as an example to illustrate the existing technology. An air conditioner, also known as an engine-driven heat pump device, generally has: a compressor for compressing refrigerant; an engine for driving the compressor; an indoor heat exchanger for passing the refrigerant discharged from the compressor during heating operation, Exchange heat with the indoor air to heat the room; the outdoor heat exchanger works as an evaporator, so that the refrigerant that passes through the indoor heat exchanger exchanges heat with the outside air during heating operation and evaporates; the refrigerant ci...
