Embodiment Construction

[0024]The Kn-resistant Alcaligenes we constructed was used to simulate the degradation of methamidophos in an open environment. Take 3 groups of 2L basal medium, among which 2g of methamidophos was added to the first group, and no bacteria were artificially inoculated. As a control group, 2g of methamidophos and 20ml of our Kn-resistant Alcaligenes culture solution were added to the second group , the third group added 20ml of 20g soil leachate on the basis of the second group. Aerated culture, sampling every 2 days, respectively by HPLC and plate coating detection of its methamidophos degradation rate and bacterial growth (the number of colonies in the non-resistant plate / the number of colonies in the Kn resistant plate). After 8 days of detection, the results are shown in the table below. And take the working bacteria liquid of the next day, add IPTG to induce culture at low temperature, and detect the phenomenon of luminescence under a fluorescence microscope. Through the...

Abstract

Alcaligenes and its application in degradation of methamidophos Alcaligenes sp.LY-5, the serial number is CCTCC NO:M205027. The methamidophos as nutritive source and it can be degraded into phosphoric acid group and with environmental heavy metal form phosphate precipitation, achieve the antisepsis and dephosphorization effect.

Description

technical field [0001] The present invention relates to a kind of bacterium, especially a kind of Alcaligenes and its application in degrading methamidophos. Background technique [0002] The application of biotechnology in the field of environment has a history of many years, including the earlier activated sludge treatment of industrial wastewater and the bioremediation technology developed in the past 20 years. The types of pollutants that can be degraded by microorganisms can be roughly divided into polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs), organic dyes and pigments, surfactants, pesticides, phenols, and halogenated hydrocarbons. Currently, the potential advantages of applying biodegradation principles to remediate polluted environments are widely recognized. It is not only economical and safe, but also has a low threshold of pollutants and few residues, so its application prospect is promising. [0003] In terms of efficient degrading bacteria for organic pollutants, m...
