The invention is an indoor-outdoor two-use automatic carrying vehicle guiding system and the zigbee module implement method, belonging to a guiding system for automatic carrying vehicle, comprising vehicle front-end CCD camera, on-wheel wheel decoder, field fixed point position, on-vehicle zigbee module and on-vehicle CPU. The guiding system can recognize guiding marks from ground images to obtain position and course information of the carrying vehicle; merge the position and course information and the vehicle body displacement information to make dead reckoning; real-timely locate and track the guiding marks; eliminate the interference of engine dithering; build up wireless communication of total control center with each carrying vehicle by the zigbee module to coordinate mutual operation of all carrying vehicles and provide anti collision forecast; correct the produced error of the decoder with time accumulation by wireless locating function of the zigbee module. And the guiding system is applied to indoor-outdoor two-use environment and has high guided locating accuracy.
