Abstract

The method defines a router in mobile Internet IP network as outland proxy and home proxy for a node, and builds relevant information of list item for the mobile node. The information of list item includes information of proxy ID in use for identifying the router as outland proxy and home proxy at same time. When receiving message sent to the mobile node, the said outland proxy determines that outland proxy of the mobile node is identical to the home proxy based on information of proxy ID so as to send the message to corresponding mobile node directly. The invention does not need to create and maintain item to be defined in access list of the outland proxy, also does not need to establish tunnel between home proxy and outland proxy so as to provide advantages: reducing maintenance for additional number effectively, raising forwarding performance of router, reducing load on registering procedure so as to save system resource of router.
