Problems solved by technology

[0006] Therefore, the transfer coefficient varies significantly depending on the quality of the air layer and the quality of sound-absorbing or insulating materials, and in the case of buildings requiring high-level anti-vibration effects, the construction cost of the building will increase accordingly

Embodiment 1

[0035] In FIGS. 3 and 4 , the structure of a panel for reducing interstory noise / vibration in a building according to a first embodiment of the present invention is shown.

[0036] Referring to FIGS. 3 and 4 , the panel 2000 for reducing interstory noise / vibration in a building according to the present embodiment generally includes: a lower rubber cushion 1100 , an intermediate noise shielding layer 1200 arranged on the lower rubber cushion 1100 , and an upper rubber cushion layer 1300 arranged on the middle noise shielding layer 1200 .

[0037] The lower rubber cushion layer 1100 and the upper rubber cushion layer 1300 have a structure in which rubber layers 1110 and fabric layers 1120 are alternately laminated. In this embodiment, each rubber cushion layer includes five rubber layers 1110 and two fabric layers 1120 . Three of the five rubber layers 1110 are located in the center region of the rubber cushion, and the rubber layer located in the center of the three rubber lay...

Embodiment 2

[0044] In Fig. 5, the structure of a panel for reducing interstory noise / vibration in a building according to a second embodiment of the present invention is shown.

[0045] As shown in FIG. 5 , the overall structure of the second embodiment is similar to that of the first embodiment, except that the nonwoven fabric 1240 is arranged in two layers and the sound-absorbing vinyl tube 1230 is interposed between the nonwoven fabrics 1240 .

[0046] Therefore, more complete anti-vibration and sound insulation effects can be obtained.

Embodiment 3

[0048] A third embodiment of the present invention relates to a noise reducing structure including the panel described above, the detailed structure of which is shown in FIG. 6 .

[0049] As shown in FIG. 6, the structure of the third embodiment further includes a plurality of anti-vibration support parts 1400 provided under the plate. The anti-vibration supporting part 1400 is supported on the upper surface of the concrete slab to provide an anti-vibration effect.

[0050] As shown in FIG. 7 , each anti-vibration support portion 1400 includes: a support plate 1410 having a predetermined thickness, which has a concave portion 1412 formed on one side and a convex portion 1414 formed on the other side, and a sound absorbing material 1416 is attached to the concave portion 1412; a fixed plate 1420, one side of which is in contact with the convex portion 1414 of the support plate 1410; an upper rubber plate 1430 and a lower rubber plate 1450, which are attached to the fixed plate ...

Abstract

A plate for reducing interlayer noise / vibration in a building, and a noise / vibration reduction structure comprising the same are disclosed. The plate comprises a lower rubber pad layer 1100, an intermediate noise shielding layer 1200 disposed on the lower rubber pad layer 1100, and an upper rubber pad layer 1300 disposed on the intermediate noise shielding layer 1200. The intermediate noise shielding layer 1200 comprises upper and lower plastic plates 1210 having a plurality of plastic posts 1220 interposed therebetween, and a noise absorbent vinyl pipe 1230 disposed between the plastic posts 1220 so as to contact the plastic posts 1220 and closed at both ends thereof. In the plate, the noise absorbent vinyl pipe serves to absorb noise and vibration transmitted downward therethrough, thereby providing higher noise reduction effect by use of a noise-proof material even in a medium level in comparison to a plate made of expensive materials.

Description

technical field [0001] The present invention relates to a panel for reducing interstory noise / vibration in a building and a noise / vibration reducing structure comprising the panel, more particularly, the present invention relates to such a panel for reducing noise / vibration in a building Interstory noise / vibration panel: That is, the panel adopts anti-vibration material and anti-vibration layout to significantly reduce interstory noise / vibration in a building, and a noise / vibration reducing structure including the panel. Background technique [0002] Generally, in buildings such as apartments, villas, etc., living spaces or commercial spaces are partitioned by concrete slabs arranged therebetween. As a result, noise and vibration are often transmitted between floors / walls, which can disrupt the lives of occupants within the building. In order to prevent noise and vibration from being transmitted to other floors, various structures for reducing interstory noise / vibration in ...
