Embodiment Construction

[0035]FIG. 1 is a block diagram showing a wireless communication system.

[0036]Referring to FIG. 1, a wireless communication system 100 includes at least one base station (BS) 110. The BSs 110 provide communication services with respect to specific geographical regions (generally referred to as cells) 105a, 105b, and 105c. Each cell can be divided into a plurality of regions (referred to as sectors). A user equipment (UE) 120 may be fixed or mobile, and may be referred to as another terminology, such as a mobile station (MS), a user terminal (UT), a subscriber station (SS), a wireless device, etc. The BS 110 is generally a fixed station that communicates with the UE 120 and may be referred to as another terminology, such as an evolved node-B (eNB), a base transceiver system (BTS), an access point, etc.

[0037]Hereinafter, downlink means communication from the BS 110 to the UE 120, and uplink means communication from the UE 120 to the BS 110. In downlink, a transmitter may be a part of ...

Abstract

A method and an apparatus of transmitting data in a multi-radio frequency (RF) system are provided. The method includes transmitting first data through a first physical channel to a first base station (BS), transmitting second data through a second physical channel to a second BS, wherein the first data and the second data are simultaneously transmitted.

Description

TECHNICAL FIELD[0001]The present invention relates to wireless communications, and more particularly, to a method and an apparatus of transmitting data in a multiple radio frequency (multi-RF) system.BACKGROUND ART[0002]Wireless communication systems are widely spread all over the world to provide various types of communication services such as voice or data. In general, the wireless communication system is a multiple access system capable of supporting communication with multiple users by sharing available system resources (e.g., bandwidth, transmit power, etc.). Examples of the multiple access system include a code division multiple access (CDMA) system, a frequency division multiple access (FDMA) system, a time division multiple access (TDMA) system, an orthogonal frequency division multiple access (OFDMA) system, a single carrier frequency division multiple access (SC-FDMA) system, etc.[0003]While having almost the same complexity as the OFDMA, SC-FDMA has a lower peak-to-averag...
