[0019]TAGH1 is virtually a vertically oriented utility belt. It utilizes 6′ of velcro attached in a loop format, see FIG. 1b by a 2″ double adjust side release buckle, see FIG. 4b to enclose the loop for hanging. The ends of the strap are then finished secure with a 2″ plastice slide, see FIG. 3b. To create the three way hook and loop attachment the top of the velcro loop has been fitted with both a 2″ D-ring, see FIG. 3a and a 2″ metal snap-hook, see FIG. 4a. Both of these pieces can either hook over a knob or post with the D-ring, see FIG. 5a or snap through a hook eye with the metal snap hook, see FIG. 5b. In order to accommodate larger diameter fixtures with circumferences as large as 2″, one can wrap the strap over the bar and connect both the 2″ D-ring to the 2″ metal snaphook, see FIGS. 6a and 6b. as a large band enclosure.
