Abstract

The present invention provides a tissue dispensing system for dispensing a tissue with restricted hand movement, the system including a tissue holding element for storage of a tissue stack, an opening on a lower end of the tissue holding element through which one end of the tissue stack is disposed and an attachment element for attaching the tissue holding element to a garment, wherein the one end of the tissue stack is adapted to be pulled from with the restricted hand movement from the tissue holding element to release a portion of the tissue stack.
