The implant has a self-expansible anchoring element which is in a contracted condition when enclosed by the outer tube, expands to a partially-expanded condition when the outer tube is retracted, and expands to a fully-expanded condition when the inner tube is removed.. The implant is deployed by introducing the deployment device to the target location in the body cavity; retracting the outer tube with respect to the implant such that the anchoring element self-expands from its contracted condition to its partially-expanded condition; and withdrawing the inner tube from the implant such that the anchoring element self-expands from its partially-expanded condition to its fully-expanded condition to firmly fix the implant at the target location within the body cavity.

The invention relates to a method for distinguishing true apple juice from false apple juice by virtue of liquid chromatogram- isotope ratio mass spectrometry (LC-IRMS) determination. The method can be used for effectively distinguishing true apple juice from false apple juice and ensuring the quality safety of apple juice products. The method comprises the following steps: respectively preparing apples from different places into apple juice samples; analyzing plant polysaccharides in the prepared apple juice samples to establish plant polysaccharide determination conditions, and analyzing malic acid in the apple juice to establish the plant polysaccharide determination conditions; and analyzing natural apple juice to establish a linear relationship between the delta <13>C ratio of plant polysaccharides and malic acid in the apple juice to make judgment on the true and false apple juice, wherein if the delta <13>Csuc (sucrose) ranges from -1.909% to -2.647%, the delta <13>Cglu (glucose) ranges from -2.452% to -3.050%, the delta <13>Cfru (fructose) ranges from 2.522% to 3.196%, the ratio delta 1 of plant polysaccharides ranges from 0.27 to 2.78, the delta <13>Cmal (malic acid) ranges from -2.531% to 3.257% and the linear dependence coefficient R2 is more than 0.7255, the apple juice is true. More particularly, the present invention relates to an environmentally-friendly cutting apparatus using a wire saw and to a cutting method using the same, capable of completely collecting concrete sludge and dust generated during the cutting of the concrete structure without deteriorating work efficiency, and specially controlling the sludge generated during underwater cutting in an efficient manner to prevent environmental contamination. The cutting apparatus of the present invention comprises a jig case and a sealing cover unit for sealing the cut surface of a target structure for cutting, a wire saw, and a jig for changing the direction (a set of pulleys for guiding the wire saw), thus perfectly preventing dust and sludge generated during cutting of the structure from being exposed to the air or water to prevent environmental contamination. Further, the present invention is advantageous as it prevents the wire saw and the jig for changing direction from being outwardly exposed, which may otherwise cause injury to workers during cutting, thus improving the safety of cutting work. Further, the present invention collects sludge generated during the cutting of the structure, enables the collected sludge to settle in a settling tank, and enables purified upper water to be supplied to the sealing cover unit from a water purifying channel and be reused as a coolant for cooling the frictional heat on the cut surface, thus preventing environmental contamination and saving resources.
