The application discloses genetically engineered ferritin against alpha synuclein, a preparation method and application thereof, and belongs to the technical field of biological medicine and protein engineering. The genetically engineered ferritin is constructed by fusing and expressing NACore polypeptide and human heavy chain ferritin through gene recombination technology, and has alpha synuclein aggregation inhibition activity.
