The invention provides a solar-powered car window roller blind driving mechanism and an application method thereof. The device comprises a fixed
mount part (8) fixed to a car body (88) and a roller blind
assembly (9) capable of pivoting relative to the fixed
mount part (8). The roller blind
assembly (9) comprises a roller blind winding shaft (81),
drive shaft type gears (91) and an eccentric pressing pivot wheel (94), wherein the roller blind winding shaft (81) is used for being fixedly connected with the upper end of a roller blind (92) and can wind up the roller blind (92); the
drive shaft type gears (91) are symmetrically and coaxially arranged on the front side and the rear side of the roller blind winding shaft (81); the eccentric pressing pivot wheel (94) is fixedly connected with the lower end of the roller blind through a flexible pull
rope; and the eccentric pressing pivot wheel (94) is eccentrically pressed by a pivot eccentric pressing spring to tension the roller blind (92) downwards. The fixed
mount part (8) is provided with two rack driving assemblies which are symmetrically located on the front side and the rear side of the roller blind winding shaft (81).
