The invention also discloses a preparation method of the selenium-rich high-vegetable-protein goat feed. The preparation method comprises the following steps of: spraying selenium-rich fertilizer to obtain the selenium-rich fresh Stylosanthesguianensis and the selenium-rich Pennisetum purpureum Schum cv. Guiminyin; and then, carrying out smashing, mixing and prilling on each raw material to obtain the selenium-rich high-vegetable-protein goat feed. The invention also discloses a feeding method of the selenium-rich high-vegetable-protein goat feed. The selenium-rich high-vegetable-protein goat feed, the corn flour, fresh grass and a goat compound premixing material are mixed according to a mass ratio of 5:2:2:1.
