The invention discloses a method of preparing alpha-ketoamide with a micro-reaction apparatus, which includes the following steps: 1) mixing an alpha-methyl benzyl alcohol compound, an amine compound,an acid binding agent, 2,2,6,6-tetramethyl piperidine oxide and dichloromethane to obtain a heterogeneous solution; 2) mixing the heterogeneous solution with an organic iron catalyst solution to forma mixture solution, and respectively meanwhile pumping the mixture solution and oxygen gas into a micro-reactor in the micro-reaction apparatus to form a gas-liquid-solid mixture, and performing a reaction, after the reaction is finished, collecting an effluent liquid to obtain the alpha-ketoamide (III). With the organic iron catalyst for catalytically synthesizing the alpha-ketoamide, mixing status of the reactants is improved; the organic iron catalyst is better than ferric trichloride in solubility in the solvent, so that a problem of pipe blocking due to aggregation of ferric trichlorideparticles, thus accelerating homogenization of the system. The organic iron catalyst enables reaction conditions to be more gentle, reaction temperature being only 25-45 DEG C.

The invention relates to a gas diffusion layer of a fuel cell, in particular to an integrated diffusion layer and a preparation method thereof and application of an integrated diffusion layer. According to the preparation method, the novel integrated diffusion layer is prepared by taking carbon fibers as a skeleton, compounding multi-walled carbon nanotubes, taking nitrogen methyl pyrrolidone as adispersing agent for dispersing at a high speed and taking polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) as a binder and a water repellent through a reduced pressure suction filtration forming method in one step. The integrated diffusion layer replaces a traditional diffusion layer composed of carbon paper and a micropore layer, and when the integrated diffusion layer is applied to a cathode of a direct methanol fuel cell or serves as an anode diffusion layer and a cathode diffusion layer at the same time, the maximum power density of a single cell is improved by 20% and 35% compared with a commodity diffusion layer. The integrated diffusion layer is applied to a zinc-air battery oxygen electrode, the maximum power density reaches up to 200mA cm-2, and a potential direction is provided for exploration of a high-performance and low-cost novel diffusion layer process and material of a fuel cell.

The invention discloses a green process for producing vinyl beta-ionol. The green process includes: pumping a solvent into a microchannel reactor, discharging air in channels, and continuously pumpinga beta-ionone solution and a vinyl magnesium chloride solution into the microchannel reactor to perform Grignard reaction to obtain reaction liquid; subjecting the obtained reaction liquid to normal-temperature reduced pressure distillation to recycle the solvent, and allowing the solvent to return to the microchannel reactor used in the previous step; adding residues after the normal-temperaturereduced pressure distillation into water, stirring to perform hydrolysis reaction, and filtering to remove basic magnesium chloride solid to obtain filtrate; standing the filtrate for layering, and separating upper-layer oil phase to obtain the vinyl beta-ionol, wherein the lower-layer water phase returns to the hydrolysis reaction of the previous step. The green process is simple in process flow, low in cost and energy consumption, safe, environmentally friendly and capable of continuously producing the vinyl beta-ionol.
