Abstract

The invention relates to a driving circuit related to a kind of current driving plane monitor. It includes: memory capacitance, transmission gate and throttle transistor. The first end of the memory capacitance is coupled to the system voltage; the voltage of the second end is storage voltage. The first output and input ends of the transmission gate are coupled to the storage voltage. The second output and input ends are coupled to the data current source. The first gate electrode of the transmission gate is coupled to the first signal; the second gate electrode is coupled to the second signal. The gate electrode of the transistor is coupled to the storage voltage, the first source electrode and the first drainage electrode are coupled to the system voltage, the second source electrode and first drainage electrode provide the driving current. The invention uses two complementary transistors to form a transmission gate, the transmission gate controls the sampling of data of the storage capacitance, the storage capacitance is reduced, thus the picture element can be operated with a higher frequency, and the resolution of the monitor is upgraded greatly.
