Abstract

An electric tool (1) is provided, particularly an electric circular saw which comprises a tool (2) with a tool axis (X), a tool housing (3) for the store and the support of the tool (2) rotating around the tool axis (X), a motor (4) with a shaft (5) for defining a longitudinal axis (Y), a gearing device (6) for connecting the shaft (5) with the tool (2), and at least one handle (7,37) for supporting the electric tool (1) and provided thereon with a power switch (8) eclectically connected with the motor (4). The motor (4), the handle (7, 37) and the power switch (8) are firmly interconnected toform an unit body (9) that facilities the electric tool to be positioned in a comfortable operating position. The unit body (9) is connected on tool housing (3) and rotates around the longitudinal axis (Y) relative to the tool housing (3) or pivots around the tool axis (X) in parallel to the longitudinal axis (Y).
