A controller of a driver for a vehicle comprising an uphill driving force control means for increasing the driving force of a vehicle such that an acceleration of vehicle substantially equivalent to that at the time of traveling on a flat road can be attained even if the output request amount during uphill traveling is substantially equal to that during flat road traveling, in which a strange feeling being imparted to an operator during uphill traveling is suppressed.
