Problems solved by technology

[0005] The last-mentioned method has the disadvantage that after the bituminous block has been applied, the treated shell cannot be further processed or assembled as long as the bitumen block itself has not yet hardened.
Therefore there is a process-dependent delay time

Embodiment Construction

[0027] Figure 1 shows a frame-shaped lining element 100, preferably made of sheet metal. On the left side of the figure, the lining element 100 has a curved support flange 108, and on the right side there are three upward spring bars 110 to 112. As can also be seen from FIG. 5, the support bar and the spring bar are used to hook with the crimp 210, thereby generating pressure in the direction toward the bottom surface (202, 202') of the housing 200. The middle spring bar 112 on the right side bends upwards steeper than the other two spring bars 110. With this steeper position, the middle spring bar 112 contacts the side wall 206, thereby being used for tensioning in a direction transverse to the housing.

[0028] The material strip is constructed in a frame shape, where the frame width B is approximately one-fifth of the elongated side SL of the material strip. The frame can be designed as a material cut or stamped in the shape of the window 104. The typical size of the material s...

Abstract

The invention relates to a noise-insulating cladding for a panelled housing, in particular, for current track housings or for cable channels, whereby the base surface (202), the cover surface (204) and the lateral surfaces (206) of the housing (200) are formed from metal sheet. According to the invention, the cladding is embodied as a material strip (100), applied between two parallel wall pieces (206), lying flat on a wall piece (202), whereby the material strip (100) lies transverse to the longitudinal extension (L) of the housing (200) and is supported between parallel lateral surfaces (206) by means of spring forces.

Description

Technical field [0001] The invention relates to a reinforced lining for the sound attenuation of a plate-type housing, preferably for a busbar housing or a cable channel. Background technique [0002] Such housings are described in the specifications of EP 0 936 714 A2 or DE 43 12 702 A1, for example. Such a case is made of a metal plate for reasons of conductivity (grounding requirement, grounding). In such a housing, the magnetic field associated with the energization excites the plate portion (or at least one wall) to vibrate. This vibration is dependent on the frequency of the grid (50 or 60 Hz) to generate disturbing acoustic radiation. The wall plane of the shell may be several meters long, making it easy to be excited to vibrate. [0003] Different methods for sound attenuation are known. For example, for sound attenuation of a plate part, a metal plate is fixedly connected to the plate part to be sound attenuated by screw connection, riveting or welding (EP 1018725 A2). ...
