The invention also discloses a wavelength alignment system and an optical network unit. By adopting the invention, the OLT sends the instruction to the ONU and control the ONU to adjust the wavelength, thus the wavelength mismatch between the ONU wavelength and the wavelength division multiplexing channel, which is caused by environmental temperature change and poor temperature control performance, is solved.
