Problems solved by technology

With this connection method, when the magnetic components are miniaturized, it will become difficult to correctly fix the end of the winding on the terminal electrode.
In addition, since the terminal electrode uses a metal plate, the thickness of the metal plate alone takes up space
In addition, there is a knife edge at the corner of the metal plate, so that when the end is connected to the terminal electrode, there is a danger of disconnection due to the contact between the end and the terminal electrode.
In addition, since the end is connected to the flat part of the terminal electrode, the connection between the end and the terminal electrode is unstable, and there is a risk that the end of the magnetic component will be detached from the terminal electrode after the magnetic component is mounted on the circuit board.
In addition, in the magnetic component disclosed in Patent Document 2, since the end of the winding wire is connected to the terminal electrode, methods such as hot pressing are used, and there is a problem of low production efficiency.

Abstract

The invention disclose a magnetic element 10, comprising a drum magnetic core 12, winding wire 16,17, shield magnetic core 14 and terminal electrode 20. The drum magnetic core 12 comprises a reel core part 24 and a flange 26,28 to both ends of a reel core part and a lobe 34 which projects from this flange 26,28. The winding wire 16,17 winds around the above-mentioned reel core part 24. The shieldmagnetic core 14 is used to shield the magnetic flux generated by the winding wire 16,17, at the same time at least covers the said reel core part 24 and one part of the winding wire. The terminal electrode 20 is electrically connected with the end 16a,16b,17a,17b of the winding wire 16,17 and at least arranged at the surface of the lobe 34. The overal dimension of the said magnetic element does without macro-scale operating, and the end of the winding wire can be connected to terminal electrode at stable state.

Description

technical field [0001] The present invention relates to a magnetic component that can be used as a noise filter in various electronic devices such as computers, mobile phones, and digital cameras. Background technique [0002] Conventionally, as a magnetic component, two sets of winding wires are wound on the winding core of a magnetic core material, and terminal electrodes formed by bending a metal plate are fitted to flanges of the magnetic core material. The end of the winding wire is connected to the terminal electrode (see Patent Document 1: Claims of Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 2003-234218). In addition, it is also known that two sets of winding wires are wound on the winding core portion of the magnetic core material, and the ends of the wound wires are connected to the ends of the terminal electrodes provided on the flange portion by soldering or hot pressing. On a smooth surface (see Patent Document 2: in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2000-133522 fig...
