Abstract

The invention discloses a method of gaining layout data form devices in master-slave devices, comprising that master devices establish and preserve data banks that have all layout data and layout data information tables, and the master devices start to wait for communicating with slave devices; the slave devices start and establish a communication connection with the master devices and periodically send a request that contains requesting data information till the master devices receive the request; once receiving the request, the master devices compare the requesting data information with the layout data information tables and send a response that contains corresponding data to the slave devices. By using the invention, the maintenance process to device layout tables by the master devices is omitted; when devices are maintained, processing time of master devices is saved and the requests of a plurality of slave devices are processed simultaneously, thus improving processing efficiency.
