Abstract
The present invention belongs to the field of biotechnology, and is especially the application of acute regulating protein synthesized with steroid hormone in the medicine for reducing lipidosis in liver cell. Experiments show that mouse with apoE gene knockout has obviously raised blood fat compared with C57BL / 6J mouse in the same genetic background and the liver tissue of mouse with StAR gene virus has obviously lowered triglyceride and cholesterol contents and less lipoids, and proves that acute regulating protein synthesized with steroid hormone has effect of lowering lipidosis in liver cell and may be applied in preparing medicine for reducing lipidosis in liver cell. The present invention provides evidence for developing clinical way to treating fatty liver and other diseases caused by lipoid metabolizing disturbance.
