Problems solved by technology

[0002] The existing container packing technology is limited to calculating the best placement of many regular-sized items (mostly square boxes) through software calculations, so as to effectively use the container space
For the placement of many irregular items in the container, the space utilization rate is low, and the work efficiency is low. It often takes repeated placements to get a better solution.

Embodiment Construction

[0011] The present invention is a method for placing the most items in a three-dimensional space of a certain size. It combines two existing mature technologies and is applied to put many regular and irregular items into containers of different sizes to save space. The above two technologies are:

[0012] : 1. Obtain the physical three-dimensional size and weight of an item by using hardware systems such as laser scanning rapid shaper, projection grid measuring device, barcode scanning gun, weighing device, etc., and input the collected data into the computer. This technology generally refers to a variety of devices that can obtain the physical three-dimensional size and weight of an object.

[0013] 2. Through software calculation, it is found how to effectively place items of known size in a certain container (such as a container) so as to make full use of the space. The working principle of the software is to establish a mathematical model through the data of various param...

Abstract

The invention relates to a method to arrange the most articles and goods in a container; prior container loading technologies are only limited in designing the optimum arrangement locations for the articles and goods through software calculation for a plurality of dimensions of regular articles and goods. However, for arrangement of many irregular articles and goods, both space utilization rate of containers and working efficiency are so low that fine schemes can be gained always through multiple rounds of repeated arrangement. The invention is characterized by performing dimension measurement, weighting, categorization and numbering for article and goods in different sizes, different dimensions and different properties with a weighting device, a laser scaner or a projection grate; put all the following information into a computer: All dimension measurement data, weight data, property data, category and coding data for articles and goods, and three-dimensional data of a container; the computer utilizes a pre-compiled software to calculate the optimum arrangement scheme for the articles and goods inside the container, and then, output the optimum arrangement scheme. The method can fulfill scanning for irregular articles and goods, and optimize calculation before an average space efficiency is anticipated to reach 95%.

Description

Technical field: [0001] The invention relates to a method for arranging the most items in a container, and is especially suitable for improving the utilization of container space. Background technique: [0002] Existing container packing technology is limited to the calculation of many regular-sized items (mostly square packing boxes) through software calculations to design the best placement of these items to effectively utilize the container space. However, for many irregular items placed in the container, the space utilization rate is low, and the work efficiency is low, and it is often necessary to repeatedly place them to obtain a better solution. Invention content: [0003] The purpose of the present invention is to overcome the disadvantages in the prior art and provide a method for arranging the most objects in a certain three-dimensional space. [0004] The technical solution adopted by the present invention is a method of placing the most items in a three-dimens...
