The rotating machine (10) includes a stationary stator (40), a moving stator (50) and a crankcase cover (60) covering the two stators in axial. The moving stator (50) includes ringwise a plurality of moving lateral teeth (51), and changes the distance between moving lateral teeth (51) and stationary lateral teeth (41) of the stationary stator (40) by disclination. Bracing part having stationary stator (61) is formed by a case cover (60), which braces the stationary stator (40) by the form of common axis with crankshaft (74).
