An annular covering plate is arranged on the top of the combustion-supporting device and a thin iron tube faucet is arranged at the bottom of the combustion-supporting device and when in use, the faucet can be jointed with a vent. The fire enclosing ring appears as a column body provided with holes and is arranged at the center of the top of the bracket.
