The coding process constructs coding regular data base and generates industry coding system codes the article which has the information need, inputs the industry the article belongs to and the information need for the encoder, generates the output of the article information coding, delivers to the decoder to be decoded and outputs the decoding result of the information coding. The apparatus comprises a coding data module, an encoder and a decoder. Using different segment to record different information and giving more information for the label on the base of uniquely identifying item.
