The manufacturing method of the waterproof storage device comprises the following steps that: a) a memory component is provided; b) the surface of the memory component forms a waterproof layer so that the memory component has a waterproof function; c) a shell provided with a receiving space is provided; d) the memory component is placed in the receiving space of the shell; and e)the packing materials are filled in a part of the receiving space so as to be solidified between the memory component and the shell, and the memory component is fixed in the receiving space of the shell.
