Abstract

The inventive embodiment discloses a service processing method and a mobile terminal, the method comprises the steps that: (1) send request massage with initial resource parameters to a second entity to establish service connection; (b) receive response massage with negotiated resource parameters returned from the second entity; (c) judge whether the service quality of the service can be degraded to the negotiated resource parameters; and (d) if the service quality of the service can be degraded to the negotiated resource parameters, a service connection is established; otherwise, the service connection is released. The invention also discloses a recourse management method and a mobile terminal. By adding negotiated resource parameters to response massage, feedback degradation and other revised service quality are realized when the service quality is not completely guaranteed, therefore improving resource utility efficiency and accelerating the negotiation process.
