The present invention discloses a multiple-antenna multiplexing device based on layer switching, a data transmitting method and a data receiving method which are realized through the device, wherein, the multiple-antenna multiplexing device comprises the following components: a transmitter which is used for executing processing and pre-encoding to the code flow according to the V-matrix feed backby the receiver and transmitting the code flow after pre-encoding to the receiver through at least one antenna; and the receiver which is used for processing and analyzing the code flow from the transmitter for obtaining the V-matrix which needs to be feed back and a U-matrix that executes preprocessing and feeding back the V-matrix to the transmitter.
