The mobile terminal comprises an intermediate component and an intelligent card; the acquisition method includes that the mobile terminal first receives authentication information input by a user and sends the authentication information to a card issuing system by the intermediate component; the card issuing system after carrying out the authentication encrypts and returns the corresponding payment application or the bank card magnetic track information to the intermediate component of the mobile terminal; and the intermediate component writes the encrypted result to the intelligent card for storage. The method and system of the invention safely transfer information such as the payment application and the bank card magnetic track for payment by a wireless communication network from a card issuing host and stores the information in the intelligent card embedded in mobile terminal equipment, thus being convenient for use for a card holder.
