The invention discloses a multifunctional interface circuit, a mobile terminal and a realizing method of the multifunctional interface, wherein, the multifunctional interface circuit comprises an RS232 circuit, a USB circuit, a charging circuit and a high-speed analog switch; the charging circuit is used for realizing the current control of the mobile terminal; the high-speed analog switch is connected to the charging circuit and is connected with the RS232 circuit and the USB circuit for switching the RS232 circuit and the USB circuit, wherein, the high-speed analog switch is connected with a pull-down resistor or a pull-up resistor. By adding the high-speed analog switch and the charging circuit which can change the magnitude of the charging current in the interface circuit, the invention can lead a mobile phone to realize multiple functions at a single interface in a mode of software search, and the circuit needed by the system interfaces of the mobile phone is reduced; and an outward interface of the mobile phone is reduced as well, thus enlarging the type selection range of the interface device of the mobile phone.
