Abstract

The sampling and analyzing system comprises a pressure sensor with a striking piston, a pressure transmitter PC2 which is arranged on the outlet pipe of the pressure sensor, a data acquisition card which is connected with the pressure transmitter, a work controlling machine which is used for displaying and calculating the data signals of the data acquisition card, and a stored oil discharging mechanism. One end of the stored oil discharging mechanism is communicated with the outlet pipe of the pressure sensor, and the other end is communicated with the inlet pipe of the pressure sensor through a non-reversing valve. Because the pressure sensor is used for measuring the impact of the hydraulic breaking hammer, the sampling and analyzing system solves the problem of difficult pasting of the electric resistance strain gage, improves the accuracy of measurement.
