The forming method of the invention comprises the steps as follows: a polarized layer is provided; at least a euphotic layer is formed on the polarized layer, wherein, the euphotic layer and the polarized layer form a polarized film and a dry polarized film so as to lead the ratio (E) of dimension changing quantity (Delta<MD>) in the extension direction and the dimension changing quantity (Delta) in the width direction of the polarized film after the heating process not to be less than the prearranged value.
