Abstract

The invention discloses an instant stop signal generation system for mechanical equipment. The system comprises a control CPU, a first timing unit and an instant stop signal generation unit, wherein the control CPU is used for receiving various kinds of instant stop detection information at various positions of the mechanical equipment, carrying out instant stop processing after receiving the instant stop detection information and outputting reset signals at time interval S for the reset signals in a normal state. The time to be timed by the first timing unit is set to be an ultimate time T. When the time runs out, the first timing unit generates a CPU failure signal through an output end. A resetting end of the first timing unit is connected with a reset signal output end of the control CPU. The instant stop signal generation unit outputs an instant stop signal after receiving either an instant stop signal output by the control CPU or the CUP failure signal output by the first timing unit. The time interval S for the reset signals is shorter than the ultimate time T. The system can detect whether or not the control CPU operates normally in time and carry out immediate handling.
