The reflection-transmission type liquid crystal display comprises a plurality of pixels formed by crisscrossing a plurality of data lines and gate lines in arrangement, and each pixel comprises a liquid crystal layer, a reflection electrode, a transparent electrode and a thin film transistor, wherein the liquid crystal layer is arranged between an upper substrate and a lower substrate, the reflection electrode formed in a reflection region realizes reflecting display by employingenvironment light, the transparent electrode formed in a transmission region realizes transmission display by utilizing back light, the thin film transistor comprising a source electrode, a drain electrode and a gate is used to control switch of the pixel, and the source electrode and the drain electrode of the thin film transistor extend to form the reflection electrode and the data line. The reflection-transmission type liquid crystal display can effectively reduce poor display effect caused by reflection of the data lines.
