The method comprises: breaking the traffic and connecting the bridge deck and the coping by steal structure on both sides of the abutment coping and the pier coping; constructing the abutment and the pier; constructing reinforced concrete guiding tenon and guiding groove on the two abutment coping ends; constructing abutment supporting and switching bearer and abutment limiting seat on two sides of the pier on the bearing platform of the abutment; mounting a sand cylinder on the abutment supporting and switching bearer for supporting the abutment coping; mounting an anti-tilting cushion block on the abutment limiting seat; truncating the abutment pier column; transferring the vertical load of the abutment coping completely to the sand cylinder; filling to descend the sand cylinders on both sides of the bridge abutment to the designed height at the same time; and connecting theabutment and the pier column.
