The invention discloses a novel PE film which is formed by coextrusion of three layerswhich are respectively an outer layer, a middle layer and an inner layer; thickness ratio among the outer layer, the middle layer and the inner layer is 1 plus/minus 0.3 : 1 plus/minus 0.3 : 1 plus/minus 0.3; raw materials of the outer layer are low-density polythene and linear low-density polythene with weight ratio of 1 : 1 to 1 : 8; raw materials of the middle layer are polypropylene and metallocene linear low-density polythene with weight ratio of 1 : 0.2 to 1 : 10; and raw materials of the inner layer are the linear low-density polythene, the metallocene linear low-density polythene and anti-block agent with weight ratio of 100 : 100 : 2to 100 : 10 : 1.
