Abstract

The invention discloses a channel type evaporative cooling device which is suitable for being arranged in an air exhausting duct through which air flows constantly pass in an architecture, which is not needed to be arranged in an atmospheric environment. The device comprises a cooling unit composed of a plate-shaped evaporative heat exchanger and an evaporative water replenisher, wherein, the evaporative water replenisher supplies makeup water to a plate surface of the evaporative heat exchanger by means of periodical water makeup at interval. The device features high heat exchange efficiency and can be installed in an air exhausting duct in underground architectures to replace a cooling tower arranged outdoors. As far as the military significance of the device is concerned, a refrigeration system arranged for transferring heat surely exists in a military facility which has requirements on temperature control for the internal environment, when the military facility is needed to be completely concealed, the device of the invention, as the last link for heat transfer of the refrigeration system, provides possibility for completely concealing the military facility and is capable of being applied to architectures with constant air exhausting duct such as a subway station and the like.
