Abstract

The micro cantilever beam sensing unit comprises a first substrate, a micro cantilever beam which is parallel to the first substrate and one end of the micro cantilever beam is supported on the first substrate, a gold film formed on at least one lateral surface of the micro cantilever beam, a protein layer formed on the gold film and used for adsorbing glucose molecules in the human tissue fluid on the surface of the protein layer, a driving electrode arranged on the first substrate, a micro cantilever beam electrode formed on the position where the first substrate supports the micro cantilever beam and used for combining the driving electrode to drive the micro cantilever beam to resonate along the direction vertical to the first substrate, and a measuring electrode arranged on the first substrate and used for combining the micro cantilever beam electrode to measure the resonance frequency of the micro cantilever beam.
