Abstract

The invention discloses a test method of low temperature anti-cracking property of asphalt mixture after crushing coarse aggregates, aiming at solving the technical problem of evaluating the difference of the performance of the asphalt mixture before and after crushing the coarse aggregates. The test method of the invention comprises the following steps: extracting 4-6 core samples from the construction site of asphalt pavement, determining the relative density of the core sample bulk volume, loading the speed for crack test, obtaining various crack strength of the samples; extracting the mixture with the same batch and type as the construction site, heating to a site paving temperature in an oven, molding 4-6 specimens, removing the cores of the specimens and cutting the specimens into cylindrical indoor specimens with size the same as the site core sample, loading the speed for the crack test, obtaining the crack strength of the samples; and calculating the crack strength ratio of the site and indoor. Compared with the prior art, the method tests the difference of low temperature anti-cracking property of the asphalt mixture before and after crushing the coarse aggregates in the mixture, and solves the problem of difference evaluation of the performance of the asphalt mixture before and after crushing the coarse aggregates.
