Abstract

The invention provides a self-adjustable supporting seat for a denitrifying reactor, and relates to a combined self-adjustable supporting seat for large-sized non-standard equipment. The self-adjustable supporting seat comprises a rigid supporting seat and a supporting beam which are connected with the reactor, and has structural characteristics that a heat insulating block and an angle adjusting mechanism are sequentially connected between the rigid supporting seat and the supporting beam. The heat insulating block is a steel box body and a supporting rib plate is arranged in the middle of the heat insulating block; and side plates of the box body are provided with a plurality of convection circular holes. The angle adjusting mechanism comprises an upper seat board, a convex spherical middle plate and a lower seat board. The middle of the upper surface of the lower seat board is provided with a concave spherical surface which forms a first sliding surface with a convex spherical lower surface of the convex spherical middle plate; and the lower surface of the upper seat board and the upper surface of the convex spherical middle plate form a second sliding surface. Compared with the prior art, the self-adjustable supporting seat can automatically adjust the contact angle between the rigid supporting seat and the supporting beam under the conditions of loading and temperature rise so as to maintain the original stress direction of a structural framework beam, thereby fundamentally improving the stress condition of the structural beam.
