Abstract

The invention relates to a device and method for automatic wind-power sewage aeration, which comprise a wind blade, a transmission rod, an air compressor, a pipeline and aeration heads, the upper end of the transmission rod is connected with a rotary shaft of the wind blade, the lower end of the transmission rod is connected with the air compressor, the other end of the pipeline connected with the air outlet of the air compressor is provided with the aeration heads, and the aeration heads are uniformly placed into the bottom water body of a sewage tank. According to the sewage volume, the pipeline can be provided with a plurality of branches, and every branch is provided with one mircopore aeration head. When the wind blade rotates, the air enters the sewage in a micro-air bubble mode, and the dissolved oxygen density of the sewage is increased. The invention does not need to be provided with a wind-direction device and a speed limiter, has simple and reasonable structure, low manufacturing, installing and maintenance expenditure and high wind-power using rate, and effectively realizes aeration and increases the amount of the dissolved oxygen in the water body to reach the sewage processing effect. The method for aeration, which uses the wind power as power greatly reduces the energy consumption in the sewage processing process, and meets the national requirements of energy saving and discharge reduction.

Example Embodiment

[0018] Example 1
[0019] A set of the above-mentioned wind aeration device is produced, which is characterized in that the length of the wind blade is 50 cm, the area of each blade is 750 cm, and there are 3 wind blades in total. The air compressor has a volume of 20L. Use it to aerate the activated sludge sewage treatment plant with a volume of 1m3. When the wind speed is 3.2m/s (secondary wind), the aeration capacity of the device is 60L/min. When the wind speed is 9.0m/s (five-level wind), the aeration capacity of the device is 140L/min.
[0020] The concentration of dissolved oxygen in the sewage without aeration is 2.4 mg/L. Using this device for aeration, when the wind speed is 3.2m/s (second-level wind), the dissolved oxygen in the sewage increases to 4.1mg/L, when the wind speed is 9.0m/s (fifth-level wind), the dissolved oxygen in the sewage The oxygen increased to 8.1mg/L (basically saturated), and there were obvious bubbles coming out of the water. Correspondingly, the removal rates of chemical oxygen demand (COD), the main pollution indicators of sewage, were 81%, 94%, and 98% (see Table 1). It can be seen that after aeration with this device, the dissolved oxygen in the sewage is significantly increased under breeze and moderate wind conditions, thereby improving the removal efficiency of pollutants and purifying the water quality.
