Problems solved by technology

In order to speed up the construction of artificial islands, it is necessary to use a large number of positioning barges for positioning, and a large number of transporting stone ships berthing and positioning barges throw stones. Each positioning barge must be positioned with a GPS positioning device, and tugboats are also required. The cost of use is very high; and positioning Barges have poor anti-wind and wave conditions and cannot adapt to harsh sea conditions
As the positioning barge anchors back and forth during positioning, in order to prevent the anchor cables of adjacent positioning barges f

Embodiment Construction

[0018] Below in conjunction with accompanying drawing and embodiment the present invention will be further described:

[0019] Such as figure 1 , figure 2 As shown, the artificial island of this embodiment is about 13 kilometers away from the nearest land coastline, the maximum tidal range is 8.08 meters, and the maximum flow velocity during high tide reaches 2 meters per second. There is no cover around, and it belongs to an isolated island in the open sea. The working conditions are complicated.

[0020] The steps of this embodiment are as follows:

[0021] (1) First use the GPS positioning device to position each steel pipe pile 2 successively at a distance of 15 meters from the axis B of the island embankment 1 and at an interval of 50 meters, and then use the vibrating piling hammer of the piling ship according to the position calibrated by the GPS positioning device. The steel pipe piles 2 are driven into the water bottom soil one by one, and the depth of the steel p...

Abstract

The invention discloses a positioning riprapping method for constructing an island breakwater of an artificial island, which comprises the following steps: (1) positioning each steel pipe pile at places 15 to 17 meters away from the axial line of the island breakwater in turn at certain intervals by using a GPS positioning device, and driving the steel pipe piles into the soil at water bottom one by one; (2) simultaneously drawing a plurality of tuck net ships for transporting stones into each appointed pile site in a water area for constructing the island breakwater, wherein the prow and the stern of each tuck net ship are berthed alongside the steel pipe piles with cables, and the stern is thrown with a stern anchor to berth the tuck net ship in a riprapping area; (3) swinging the stones in cabins for multiple times by using shipborne cranes of the tuck net ships to riprap the stones at the appointed positions, and bearing off the ships from the site after riprapping the stones; and (4) drawing the next batch of the tuck net ships fully loaded with the stones into the riprapping site, and repeating the steps 1(2) to 1(3) until riprapping of the cross-section of the artificial island breakwater at that place is finished. The method adopts the steel pipe piles to replace positioning barges to greatly reduce the construction cost, improve the working efficiency, and shorten the construction period of the island breakwater of the artificial island.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a construction method of an artificial island embankment, in particular to a method for constructing an island embankment by using a net boat moored by positioning piles and used for riprap, and belongs to the technical field of hydraulic engineering. Background technique [0002] The construction of deep-water ports in some coastal areas lacking deep-water shorelines must rely on artificial islands in the open sea in deep-water areas far from the coast, with large tidal ranges and rapid tides, and be connected to the land through bridges and pipelines. The artificial island project is the most important link in the construction of a deep-water port on a shallow coastline. The construction of the artificial island starts from the bottom of the island where the island is built. First, the steel sheet piles are laid, and then the soft row is laid on them. [0003] The existing method of riprapping artificial island dikes is to f...
