The control method is characterized by comprising a mixing intelligent controller, a coagulant adding pump, a forward channel for a coagulation deposition pool, a coagulant flowmeter and a pre-filtering turbidimeter (turbidity after deposition-turbidity sensor) backward channel to form a double closed loop feedback-feedforward control system. In the method, a set value is a pre-filtering turbidity value determined by water treatment process design, a controlled amount is the actually measured pre-filtering turbidity, and the main controlled objects are the coagulation deposition pool and a metering adding pump.
