Problems solved by technology

[0002] Generally speaking, boilers include boilers for heating, boilers for hot water supply, and boilers for heating and hot water supply. Among them, boilers for heating and boilers for hot water supply are boilers used according to their special purposes. The capacity and characteristics of the boiler require the selection and utilization of these two special boilers, but there is a problem that the boilers need to be installed separately according to their respective purposes and used separately. Therefore, not only the equipment investment is more, but also the management cost is also more, and the economy is not good. high
[0003] Although heating and hot water supply boilers can meet a certain degree of heating demand, the hot water supply capacity has dropped significantly. At present, people are actively carrying out research and development work on this
[0004] In addition, heating and hot water supply boilers cannot use the waste heat generated during combustion, and these waste heat are directly discharged to the atmosphere
[0005] The heat exchanger installed in the heating and hot water supply boiler is not easy to disassemble and assemble, it is not easy to remove the dirt and dust generated in the heat exchanger, and it is not easy to maintain the internal

Abstract

The present invention concerns a waste heat recovery apparatus for a hot water supply and heating. It comprises a boiler which generates high-temperature circulation water for heating heated by combustion heat from a burner and discharges waste heat of the burner to the outside through a chimney, a hot water supply tank which has piping connected to the boiler and makes circulation water for hot water supply from some of the circulation water for heating, a hot water supply heat exchanger which is installed in the lower part of the hot water supply tank, and a waste heat recovery heat exchanger which comprises a primary circulation pipe and a plurality of secondary circulation pipes. Baffles are installed, to form a zigzag flow path, in the hot water supply heat exchanger which comprises the main body of the heat exchanger in which an inlet and outlet are formed in order to circulate the circulation water for heating, and a plurality of water circulation pipes which are vertically installed through the main body and allow the water contained in the hot water supply tank to pass therethrough. The primary circulation pipe discharges the waste heat through the chimney, wherein the chimney is installed through the hot water supply tank. A plurality of secondary circulation pipes are installed in a continuous spiral along and through the primary circulation pipe in order to circulate the water inside the hot water supply tank.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a heating, hot water integration and waste heat recovery device, specifically a heating, hot water integration and waste heat recovery device that utilizes heating circulating water and waste heat generated by boiler combustion to improve the heat exchange efficiency of a hot water tank device. Background technique [0002] Generally speaking, boilers include boilers for heating, boilers for hot water supply, and boilers for heating and hot water supply. Among them, boilers for heating and boilers for hot water supply are boilers used according to their special purposes. The capacity and characteristics of the boiler require the selection and utilization of these two special boilers, but there is a problem that the boilers need to be installed separately according to their respective purposes and used separately. Therefore, not only the equipment investment is more, but also the management cost is also more, and the economy is ...
